Iceberg Plus (ICE)
Iceberg Plus (ICE) is a Romanian consulting and technology firm with a decade-long track record in diverse projects for international institutions, government, corporates, SMEs, and startups in Central & Eastern Europe. Specializing in infrastructure financing, research & innovation, and digital transformation, ICE has managed projects exceeding €200 million in value, funded by entities like Structural Funds, the World Bank, and Horizon 2020. As the national hub for EIT Innoenergy, EIT Manufacturing, and EIT Urban Mobility, ICE represents the European Institute for Innovation and Technology in Romania. Their technology division focuses on digital transformation initiatives, incorporating technologies like robotic process automation, business intelligence, and big data. ICE has launched innovative platforms such as EYELearn and UP+, with the upcoming Open-UP open innovation platform. ICE actively contributes to regional development through the Cluster for Innovation and Technology, orchestrating the Futures of Innovation and Technology Digital Innovation Hub, driving digital transformation in Romania’s Central Region through the Digital Europe Program. ICE leads WP1 Project management and coordination and WP3, Training Infrastructure Development, as platform development leads, and is directly involved in WP2 and WP5.

AREA
AREA is an Italian SME that operates like a buzzing, inventive kitchen where tradition meets modernity to produce new flavors daily. They have a keen eye on global entrepreneurial and innovative trends, bringing valuable knowledge to the consortium. AREA provides innovation services for SMEs, connecting research with business and helping to commercialize R&D, and public agencies, helping them build innovation communities globally. They combine concepts with the proper knowledge to turn uncooked ideas into exquisite new services. AREA is responsible for WP2, Stakeholder Collaboration in Curriculum Design, and leads Task 3.2 Developing the MOOC. Collaborating with SSST, they ensure the curriculum represents a perfect mix between education and operation.

FabLab
The ‘Digital Fabrication Laboratory’ Association, known as FabLab, is an innovation-driven Research and Technology (RTO) organization that develops innovative and research platforms to improve research infrastructure, develop cutting-edge technologies, and accelerate innovation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H). FabLab B&H explores key transformative technologies from Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, focusing on additive manufacturing (AM), artificial intelligence (AI), 3D Bioprinting, augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) technologies, and circular economy concepts. Their main catalyst partnerships originate from academia and industry, enabling a leveraged impact and acceleration of social outcomes and new developments in the digital fabrication field. FabLab B&H advances scientific discovery and technological innovation by creating revolutionary technology platforms in B&H. They encourage lifelong learning and conduct professional and ISO certification trainings. FabLab leads WP4, Curriculum Implementation, and covers Task 3.3 – Train the trainers delivery activity, using their maker spaces and methodologies. FabLab also coordinates the two educational institutions that represent the target group pipelines.

Vocational Secondary School Nikšić - JU Srednja strucna skola Niksic
Vocational Secondary School Nikšić offers education in electrical engineering, energetics, and IT technologies, with licenses for various occupations including electrotechnicians, electricians, and technicians. Key courses in web/mobile app development and computer systems/networks are particularly popular. Despite challenges with outdated equipment, recent partnerships with ICT Cortex and IPC Tehnopolis have enhanced practical teaching. The school also provides adult education for occupation retraining, focusing on future-oriented professions. Recent projects have equipped the school with modern technology like the Fanuc robotic arm, with teachers trained in robotics, positioning the school as a competent partner in emerging technologies. They are part of WP3 as a pilot school with real short-term impact.

Public Institution Secondary School Center "Nedžad Ibrišimović"- JU Srednjoskolski centar "Nedzad Ibrisimovic" Ilijaš
The Public Institution Secondary School Center “Nedžad Ibrišimović” in Ilijaš offers diverse educational paths including general-program secondary school, technical and vocational programs in mechanical engineering, service industries, and commerce. Recognized for its innovative approach, the school has won awards for vocational education and actively engages in collaborative projects funded by various entities. Led by Principal Amir Džafo, the institution boasts experienced management and has trained over 10,000 students in its 50-year history. They lead Task 4.1 – Test and pilot delivery of the curriculum, as target group representatives to scale the pilot.

University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST)
The University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST) was established in October 2004 in Sarajevo as the first private university in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dedicated to providing high-quality, internationally competitive, and up-to-date education, SSST works closely with its partner, the UK-based University of Buckingham, and is today the only private university in BiH offering its graduates a dual academic degree. SSST meets both national academic guidelines and standards and those of the University of Buckingham and the United Kingdom’s Quality Assurance Agency, ensuring transparency in the academic process and the highest standards in teaching and examination integrity. SSST leads WP2 Stakeholder Collaboration in Curriculum Design and Curriculum development, thanks to their educational capacities.

Center for Vocational Education of Montenegro (CSO)
The Center for Vocational Education of Montenegro (CSO) is a public institution under the indirect control of the Ministry of Education. It specializes in conducting external quality control of vocational education and training (VET), developing educational programs for VET, monitoring and promoting lifelong learning and adult education. Additionally, it implements programs for the professional development of teachers in the field of VET. CSO leads Task 5.4 Outreach towards VET ecosystems, connecting MetaVET with public stakeholders in Montenegro.
